More to come...
I'm building.
I have to remember to be patient because good things come to those who wait.
The waiting is easier as I am writing every day and doing a whole bunch of other things, so it's not like I'm sat here twiddling my thumbs.
I've not yet cracked ongoing engagement from readers and prospective readers.
Maybe I'm not interesting enough!
It could be the beard?
I know beards are scary, but are authors? OK, it depends on what the author writes. There's something scary about Stephen King, but at the same time I really, really like him. I'd spend time in a room with him and I don't think I'd be too wary of him. Not much.
I may be a bit... difficult? I write across genres, so if you judge me by my book covers then who am I?
If you're reading this, then I'd love to get your feedback and thoughts. What do you want from me? What would be interesting to know? I'm still learning and I don't think I'll ever be the finished article. It would be boring if that day ever came!
Right, I promised myself this one wouldn't be too long. I have book three of the Two for the Show series to write, and final edits on book two as well as book eight of the Ben and Thom series. I also have to polish three short stories, do the school run, feed the dogs, walk the dogs, sort tea, get the word out there that I have eighteen books for you guys to read.
Eighteen and counting...
At some point I want to get my motorbike out and ride into Wales to see planes fly through the valleys.
After I've written my daily 2,000 words and mown the lawn that is!
