Well, 2023 has now arrived and I'm hoping that it's going to be a productive year. The next Charlie Baxter novel - "Charlie Baxter's Moneybox" - is scheduled for release in March. At the same time, I'll be releasing a refreshed version of the first Charlie Baxter novel, "Introducing Charlie Baxter".This will be followed by a fourth Charlie Baxter novel later in the year.

I'm also planning to introduce a new character, Eddie Reynolds (Escapologist), in the next few months. The novel is set in the 1930's and follows Eddie as he tries to balance a career in the theatre with a murder mystery. Written in the third person and set in post-war / pre-war Britain it is a little darker than the Charlie Baxter books, though still drawing on Sheffield as a setting and inspiration.
