This is an amazing news story. In 1916, two Australian soldiers on a troop ship wrote letters to relatives, put them in a bottle, and threw it overboard. The bottle was found by a family collecting rubbish on the beach last month.

The family traced a great-nephew of one soldier, and the great-granddaughters of the other, and will be sending the letters to them.
