Congressmen Nick Langworthy (R-NY) and Mark Pocan (D-WI) recently introduced the Companion Animal Protection Against Cruel Testing (COMPACT) Act. It’s the most comprehensive legislation in history to modernize federally funded biomedical research and end inhumane testing practices on dogs and cats.

Let’s make sure this bipartisan bill gets passed within the House of Representatives before the end of the year by:
