Climate Pledge Arena – Seattle Kraken

You’ve arrived in Seattle, Washington, United States
Home to the Seattle Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena was built in downtown Seattle at the site of the entertainment complex for the 1962 World’s Fair. After opening in 1962, it was subsequently bought and converted by the city of Seattle for entertainment purposes. The site was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018. The building has undergone several renovations, but was opened on October 26, 1995 as the KeyArena, and again on October 19, 2021 as Climate Pledge Arena.
The Seattle Kraken have been competing in the NHL as a member of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference since 2021. Being one of the youngest teams and franchises in the NHL, the Kraken qualified for the Stanley Cup for the first time in 2023, facing off against the Colorado Avalanche in the first round. They upset the Avalanche in seven games, becoming the first team to win their inaugural playoff series against the defending Stanely Cup champion. However, they lost to the Dallas Stars in the second round, ending their sophomore season.
The mascot for the Seattle Kraken is Buoy the Troll, and the team colors are shades of blue (namely Deep Sea Blue, Ice Blue, Shadow Blue, and Boundless Blue) with a contrasting accent of Red Alert.
Notable Kraken players include Jared McCann, current Captain Jordan Eberle, Adam Larsson, Vince Dunn, and Matty Beniers.

Sarah wrote: "The Penalty Box Button, is there only one button, or are they different for each arena?"Hi Sarah,
There is a different Penalty Box button for each Arena. You could end up in the Penalty Box more than once in an Arena if you read a book fits that Penalty task, but you would not receive a new button design until you end up in the Penalty Box in the next Arena. There are 32 different Penalty Box button designs if you decide to collect those.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Rogers Arena – Vancouver Canucks
You’ve arrived in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Home to the Vancouver Canucks, Rogers Arena was built in 1995 and originally known as General Motors Place (GM Place) from its opening until July 6, 2010 when it handed over sponsorship rights to Rogers Communications. This multi-purpose space is also home to the Vancouver Warriors (National Lacrosse League) and hosted the ice hockey events at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
The Vancouver Canucks have been a member of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference of the NHL since 1970. The team has advanced to the Stanley Cup Final three times and have won the Presidents’ Trophy in back-to-back seasons for both the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons. They’ve also won three division titles as a member of the Smythe Division from 1974 to 1993, seven titles as a member of the Northwest Division from 1998 – 2013, and one title as a member of the Pacific Division in 2024. The Canucks, along with the Buffalo Sabers, are the two oldest teams in the NHL to have never won the Stanley Cup.
The Vancouver Canucks mascot is Fin the Whale, and their team colors are Blue, Green, and White.
There are many notable Canucks legends including Henrik and Daniel Sedin, Markus Naslund, Pavel Bure, Trevor Linden, Roberto Luongo, and Stan Smyl. The current stars include forward Elias Pettersson and current Captain and defenseman Quinn Hughes (a personal favorite player of mine).

First played in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1875, Ice Hockey is one of the most physically taxing sports out there. The game is simple: 6 players on each team try to both protect their own goal and shoot a vulcanized rubber puck into the other team’s net to score points. Played in three 20-minute periods, Hockey is a fast-paced and exciting sport to watch.

That special task can only be completed once per arena. There is also an opportunity to land in the Penalty Box which could set you back for added fun!
