This is a collection of books that focus on the psychology of climate change, with an emphasis on mental health. Issues such as eco anxiety, climate grief, etc.

The list is seeded by recommendations from the blog Gen Dread and the resources on Climate and Mind. List order is currently random as I have not read most of them.

I want to add two things to my soapbox--
1. Your feelings are valid. Your feelings are personal. It's okay if any of these books don't exactly resonate with you. Take what serves you and leave the rest.
2. Please be aware of the privilege of climate anxiety and "the greatest threat to our time", and how that can come across to peoples who have never *not* dealt with existential threats.

There are also a richness of web resources out there that pre-date book publishing on this subject, and I encourage you to go look at those as well.

NOTE: If the book does not clearly center climate change AND psychology, they may be deleted from this list.
