Sorry, but the Cooper kids by Peretti aren't Sci Fi/Fantasy. They're adventure.

SOME OF THESE BOOKS SHOULD DEFINATELY NOT BE ON THIS LIST. I even include one of mine in that: is a NON-fiction book. Also books like Christy and God Smuggler, rhough interesting are definately not sci-fi. Some books on this list are not even christian. A Librarian definately needs to check this list.

I'm glad that my is here, but it's not sci-fi either---it's historical fiction. As I said also some on this list are definately not Chrisitian--like 'hitchhiker's Guide to the galaxy.

It is about an asteroid slamming the Moon uncovering an ancient massive 307 mile cross that can be seen anywhere on Earth. When scientists study this cross they conclude it could only have been made by God or some advanced civilization not from Earth.

This causes massive social upheaval and millions are martyred. Mankind decides to build massive pyramid shaped star-ships taking off into space seeking answers to this 307 mile Moon-cross of whether it was made by God or some ancient alien race.

This Christian Science Fiction novel has elements of thriller, Christian apologetic, mystery, and a little romance that is a page turner. RobertLeeRE takes the same view as CS Lewis feeling it is best to build Christianity as a whole so there is no one denomination view in this novel, nor is there prophecy, but rather it builds the entire Body of Christ.

I also missed several other author's that I like - R J Larson, Patrick Carr - The Staff and Sword Series; and the Illyon Chronicles by Jaye L Knight.

I saw several books titled Anomaly. I read the Anomaly series by Krista McGee and liked it very much, but can't say that I remember it being based on Genesis 6. Could you give us the author of the Anomaly you are referring to?

This is my just-published contemporary follow-up novel to The Ninth Generation, which introduced the Nephilim in the pre-flood era. Author: John L Owens. Being new to the Goodreads community, I apologize if there is a more appropriate way to find a niche for this novel that doesn't quite fit fantasy.

John, your books sound really interesting and I have them on my wish lists. You do have them in the right place, I just didn't realize that you were the author. Awesome! Can't wait to get into it.

Check out "Species Unknown" on Amazon. It came out around the holidays and has been trending in both the Christian Sci-Fi and Christian Fantasy categories. Personally I'd put it as more Sci-Fi but there's enough spiritual content and mystery to get some Fantasy followers. Lots of action, fast-paced story.

There are some rather odd books on this list - Percy Jackson, The Little Prince, The Princess Bride - none of these are particularly Christian. There are a few others I'm not sure about. Should I remove them?
