If you consider kissing as cheating (God, now I'm thinking about Ty. Again) then there was cheating. And there was intent for more. Besides some divide cheating into two types: physical cheating and emotional one. So yeah, Danny definitely cheated on Julian and I think the book should stay on the list :)

Probably you're right. But that book was so funny, that it almost didn't bother me. I mean, yes, it was rather sad at times, but still, I didn't feel like it was cheating. I know, I'm weird sometimes :P

In that case, it was "just" cheating with sex. But their relationship was more complicated. Rather friends with feelings, than real couple.

Thanks for clarifying this to me, Hellen. Now the difference is clear. I try to avoid such books but you do not get everything from a blurb. Generally I do not abandon reading a book, even if I happen to encounter this type of cheating. But I should 'cause later I'm totally depressed. For days.

It depends all on the relationship of the characters. Sometimes, one of the MCs doesn't mind just a kiss and sometimes all hell breaks loose lol

This author (B.J. Hudson) has a bunch of stories with cheating characters, and somehow I did enjoy her stories. It's one of my guilty pleasures, actually :)

About "Haru Wo Daiteita" and "Fake" - watch the ovas first then read the manga; the mangas r awesome; and add Kizuna too :D

Are these just books where one MC is already with the other MC and cheats on him, or are they also ones where one MC cheats on his wife to be with the other MC? Oddly, I can cope with the first one better than the second because I need there to be remorse and usually in the latter it's not seen as a bad thing, usually the woman deserves it. It just makes me hate the MC. It's why I wanted Adrien to leave Jake for so long.

I can't remember who Jake was seeing first, or I would have the answer to my question by looking at the list.
