Speckles of my past fall into my brain and I have an intense desire to describe them.
Words occasionally hit my head and I cannot rest until I write them down.
I like to take a notebook and some colored pencils to a restaurant or bar and write something. It's a lot like a sketch, but written. Some of those sketches become a part of a larger painting, most are practice.
