What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Karrie Roman I am so lucky to be able to write full time at the moment. There is no one best thing about being a writer for me, there are lots of great things. I get to work to my own schedule, I get to work from home and I get to share some stories with people and I hope that they bring people a little relief from reality, as so many books by other authors have done for me. Reading is my getaway from reality and I don't know where I'd be without it. Hopefully someone, somewhere will find a little joy from reading one of my books and I think that there is the best thing about being a writer.
