Always wanted to write, even though I was near the bottom of my class for English language. Later in life I started with poetry ( very bad) and then a novel set in the Persian Gulf, which was based on my own experiences in that area. When the 1st Gulf war started I stopped the novel, because real life had over taken my story even though my story was set in the 1960's.
