What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Chris Rogers I'll be answering questions about my new book in the Paradise Cursed series Tortured Spirit, but this conundrum from my own life might creep into a Paradise Cursed story one day. It's the "Black Hole." I'm a collector. I collect books, bottle caps, clean crumpled paper - all organized and with a purpose, so I'm not one of those writers living in a maze of junk. But there's a black hole somewhere in my house where things vanish. I absolutely know I have a book titled Euphonic Mnemonics, because it's cataloged, but it vanished. My favorite scarf, which I wear frequently, gone. A photo of son, gone. Have Mary Norton's "The Borrowers" moved into the crevices of my house? No. I've looked. I've listened. It's definitely a black hole, somewhere, and it's gobbling up my things.
