From the previous book! Let me explain. I had just finished The Status Game and thought I covered everything I needed. I didn't. Writing that was like revealing that there is an invisible world - and that allowed me to expand on it. What started out as notes "for later" turned into chapters, and then an entirely new book - three months later. Yikes.
