It must of been a honour to be asked to write a prequel to Dracula, could you shed any light on how it's going,or in fact have you even started it or finished it? Plus who is your favourite author of all time? Cheeky I no I asked two questions but like my mother used to say if you don't ask you don't get.

It absolutely was an honor! We had access to all of Bram's original notes and journals, much of which has not been made public. We even got to see the original DRACULA/UNDEAD manuscript in the possession of Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen. This allowed us to confirm information we found in Bram's notes as part of the original novel but removed by his publisher. The novel is done currently making rounds at the publishers as well as the film studios. I'm sure it will find a home quickly. Favorite author? That's tough, I read a lot and I read all genres. Stephen King and Dean Koontz would probably tie for first place, with Thomas Harris easily locking in #2, and John Saul rounding out at #3.

After JK Rowlings wrote her non-Harry Potter books under a pseudonym some professor figured out she was the real author. With your ability to mimic the style of authors and "hear" their voice do you think you could fool the pros if, say, you finished Austen's Sanditon or Dicken's Mystery of Edwin Drood & claim it was their lost works?
