Goodreads asked Joseph Adrien Emmanuel Demes:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Joseph Adrien Emmanuel Demes The idea for this book begins during my Ph.D. study (In Public Health) at the medical school at the University of Montreal, Canada. I have been exposed to the Parsons Social Action Theory there. Some of my professors play a key role in that endeavor: Professor Claude Sicotte, Lambert Farand, Francois Champagne, Marie-Pascale Pomey. I get inspiration from their model to develop a unique innovation on my own that combine continuous quality improvement, quality of life and the Parsons Social Action Theory. The model I have developed is rooted in my personal experience as a medical doctor, consultant in the field of continuous quality improvement in the health sector, and as a spiritual leader. The ideas for this come from multiple sources. That is why this book is so unique: I use very scientific and systematic approach, and also I add a spiritual element to the book that makes it like a revolution in the field of quality of life. The model I propose is a holistic and comprehensive model to improve our quality of life and change our life for the better.
