The ideas for this come from multiple sources. That is why this book is so unique: I use very scientific and systematic approach, and also I add a spiritual element to the book that makes it like a revolution in the field of quality of life. The model I propose is a holistic and comprehensive model to improve our quality of life and change our life for the better.
