It's awful when you get all psyched up to try to write, and then simply can't do it. I try to conceptualize storyboard plot lines and scenes first, but even when I know where the story is headed, sometimes I can't get there. I just stop, and do anything else until that moment when the words start flowing. The trick to this system-- once you get started, keep going!
