This appears to be an error - I'm chasing it with the Amazon people. You may be able to download to your UK Kindle directly from the US links at https://www.amazon.com/Richard-Farr/e..., but I'm not clear on that. If not, I hope to get it fixed soon. Thanks for letting me know.
