How do you get inspired to write?

Steve Sanchez I read a lot when I was young, and I paid close attention to what the writers were going for in fiction and how they did it. I binge read lots of writers like D.H. Lawrence, Charlotte Bronte, Henry James, and Carl Jung and the way they evoked meaning and feeling was wonderful to me. I found from feeling one is given great resources and desire to articulate and express. In my later years, as part of writing ‘Rethinking Redemption’, I often write from inspiration from the Bible. I can’t read a few sentences of scripture without my soul lighting up like a firefly with insight and desire to share.
