What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Christine D. Shuck First - Stop dreaming about it, put your nose to the grindstone and WRITE. I put hundreds of roadblocks in my own way, delaying the process. Don't question yourself or think "it's all been written."

Second - Be ready to market yourself. Marketing isn't a bad word. It isn't any different than going to work and dressing for success. But if you want folks to read what you have written, you are going to have to put it out there.

Third - The book is not your baby. Learn to take (and learn from) criticism.
