Honestly, i find inspiration everywhere. I have more ideas, outlines, and notes for novels than I can finish in this lifetime. It could be as simple as reading a news story or even hearing one phrase or sentence that triggers the idea. When that happens, I make sure to write it down immediately in the notes section on my phone or even a quick memo/voice recording that I email to myself to remember to expand upon that idea.
