Goodreads asked Tina Alexis Allen:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Tina Alexis Allen I actually don't believe in writer's block. So long as you keep writing in those moments when that voice in your head says, "this is crap!" then you never have writer's block.
You have to be willing to write through the noise of "this sucks" but that's true about all art. You can't create and judge at the same time. A writer's block is a choice to listen to that self-criticsm, stop typing and close the computer.
