Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Duncan P. Pacey Once, I wrote for a blog all about apocalyptic things and had decided to produce an article on what radiation does to the human body. Well lo, for I discovered there are two units of radiation measurement (Sievert and Gray) that sounded awfully like they could be buddy cops, a classic detective duo. So I asked, who are they, and how does one fight crime in the world after the world has ended? And here we are 😅 "Sievert & Gray, Detectors" was born.
