I just about always feel inspired to write. As a physician in full-time practice, the only question is usually when I can find unimpeded time to do it. We're Jewish sabbath observers, so usually I write on Saturday nights, and all day Sunday. Weekday writing time is a much-appreciated gift -- when that happens.
