The best way I've found to deal with writer's block is to read your work. Get back into the mind of your character. Pretend that you are an actor and you've been given a role but with no lines and you have to improv your scene. How do you think your character would react to the situation? or how do you know they wouldn't react?
I also find that jumping around to different scenes works. If you're stuck on a sentence? Skip the sentence to come back to later or just rearrange the scene.
