Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tanya R. Simon I wanted to explore another genre since the horror genre is getting overrun with vampires, werewolves and zombies and agents are having a hard time pitching anything else in the genre. I had an agent suggest I try the paranormal suspense field. I had always wanted to write a murder mystery with a twist. So, I let my mind come up with a suitably sick M.O. and added some paranormal stuff to it and voila` a paranormal suspense series was born. I am having a hoot of a good time writing them!
