What's your favorite sock pattern?

Jessica Day George I like the Yarn Harlot's Plain Old Vanilla sock pattern from the Knitting Rules! book. Every time I do one with lots of fancy cables and whatnot, it's always too tight or wears out fast and then it wasn't worth the work!
