What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

J.N. Welsh Never give up. I know this sounds cliche and aspiring authors hear it all the time but it is the truth. Even if it takes you years to find your editor and/or agent, or it takes you ten years to ever see your author name and books associated with "bestseller," never give up on becoming the best, most successful writer you can be. Everyone's timeline is different!!! Keeping your day job or finding something that gives you more writing time, as well as surrounding yourself with supportive people are all important but whatever you have to do to keep going, do it. Just never give up.
