Goodreads asked Cinnamon Worth:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Cinnamon Worth There was a prompt... how would you feel if a famous monument was named after you. I thought of an annoying braggart telling the same story over and over, every time they passed said monument and Uncle Edward was born. He is not at all important to the story actually, but I envisioned him driving his nieces batty driving over the bridge, repeating a tale about how 20 years earlier, he saved a life in that very spot. The older sister would always try to toss the younger one under the carriage, so to speak. She would find a way to decline the ride, sending her poor sister in her place. I felt so bad for the girl, I had a handsome man break down on the bridge as a reward for her patience.

This morphed into a scene that starts a tale of two sisters and one handsome hero.
