Why are Episodes 1 and 3-5 of the Starsboro Chronicles on Amazon, but Episodes 2 and 6-10 are not?

Cameron J. Quinn I recently pulled 1, 2, and 6 to rewrite them. I felt they weren't as good as they should be.
2 is in the works now and shaping up nicely. Then I have some continuity to check with 3-5 and I'll rewrite 6. 7-12 have not been released yet.
