What are you currently working on?

Catherine Townsend-Lyon Since my release of my first book, Addicted To Dimes, (Confessions of a Liar and a Cheat), is actually my personal account and Memoir of my life, starting as a little girl. You have to know what that little girl went through in life that add and set the perfect storm for me to turn to some addictions in the first place.

Many support groups say we don't have to know why we turned to addiction in order to recover, but I wrote and tie all the pain & hurt in my past as fuel later in my addictions, so many can have insights on many issues that touched my life. It's why I'm an Advocate for those in recovery from addicted compulsive gambling, alcoholism, childhood sex abuse & trauma, and living with mental health challenges like myself.
