I don't really have writer's block, I mostly deal with a lack of time to write but if I'm working on a novel and the next part isn't coming out like I want, then I often go to the next scene I have in my head and come back to the difficult scene later. If I still cannot make it work then rereading what I wrote previously and seeing if I veered away from the story's main idea too much somewhere will often allow me to find the problem and put myself back on course.
