I truly hope there are many more Sarah Gilchrist mysteries in the pipeline. Though I just discovered the novels this summer, she has become one of my favorite characters. I am listening to The Unquiet Heart in book on CD and could listen to the characters talk for hours on end. Will any future novels include anything about this historic background to women in medical college in Scotland?

Thank you so much! Sarah's definitely one of my favourite characters too ;) There'll definitely be at least one more - THE FATE OF EMPIRES, which will deal very heavily with the women's experience in medical school. That should be out next year, I think!
