Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lori Matthews Good question! I have a new book coming out next week called Smash and Grab. It's the second one in the Callahan Security series. The idea for it came to me all at once. I wanted to write a book where the heroine was type of person that everyone would want as their best friend. Someone who would help you bury the body, you know. It just grew out of that. Lacy is calm under pressure and would definitely know how to deal with a dead body.
