Thanks for taking the time to vote on the "Best Novels with Sad Endings" list. Looks like we've lived in some of the same places. I grew up in (north) St. Louis in the 70's, and spent 4 years in the SF Bay Area and 9 years up in Ukiah (Mendocino County). Have you written anything about Northern California?

P.J. Sullivan I have not written any books about Northern California, but some of my friends have. Check out the Listopia called “Behind the Redwood Curtain.” And another called “Northern Californian History.”

I wrote one book about Missouri. A Civil War book, nonfiction. Mostly about Montgomery County, but it mentions sites in North St. Louis such as Benton Barracks, which later became Fairgrounds Park.
