I really liked your book Peculiar Incident on Shady Street. Was this book based on how you were like as a kid, or was it completely fictional?

Lindsay Currie I'm so happy you enjoyed Tessa's story, Soham! Some elements of Peculiar Incident were inspired by my childhood - namely Nina! I was a quirky kid, always interested in the things other kids weren't interested in, so I did work some of that into her character! And I have always been into ghosts and ghost stories, so there's a little of me in that as well. I hope you enjoy my next release - Scritch Scratch, out September 1, just as much!
