I just finished More Than Maybe. Did you know all of the songs in the book or did you have to research all of that music? As a music lover as much as a book lover, I could really connect with the story. Although a lot of the music was new to me.

Erin Hahn No research necessary. I've been preparing for this story my entire life. :) Since I was a little girl, I've kept notebooks of lyrics and playlists. As a teen, I binge-watched MTV and VH1 (back when they played music and shows like "Behind the Music") and lived next to my boombox. In order to write characters like Vada, Luke, Phil and Charlie, I needed to be an even bigger music nerd than they were. And believe me, I AM. Every song and music reference came straight from the source (ie: my brain).
