I am struggling with marketing my new book Bettie Page: Aphrodite Rising. I published through Ingram Spark and feel shut out of Amazon. Is it better to do KDP even if you want hard covers too? I'm very active on Twitter. @Kimberly__Us

Anne H. Janzer Your Ingram books should be appearing on Amazon. You can also publish a paperback on both Ingram and KDP (as long as you don't choose Extended Distribution on KDP when publishing). It's the same book, so you can use the same files and ISBN, although because the paper thickness is a bit different, you might need your cover designer to make a slight adjustment to the spine depth.
