How do you get inspired to write?

Anne Weaver Laughing with my children!!! And seeing what they were working through, so wanting to tell their story in a way that would encourage them. SOmetimes we don't have the words to describe what we are going through, but we get lots of qhestions - so could I write a book helping my young son from Africa have words for the questions he was going to be asked? Could I write a story that would help him remember, and BE PROUD OF, his own story? And then, how could I tell stories that made my children laugh - well, tell them funny stories about themselves! So all my books (except upcoming "Cow-MOO-nity" which is based on the place I work) are about my children!
