Given that the book is pretty much groundbreaking and complex. Perhaps not the easiest book to fully comprehend. (Given I failed miserably I suspect) Do you feel the Audiobook is an easier/clearer approach for readers?

Accidental Prostitute may certainly prove to be easier as an audiobook, but only time will tell! I'm looking forward to publishing it at the end of October (2021). The voice-only approach (i.e. no sound effects) suits the pared-back, raw style of writing. It was a fantastic experience recording it.
