Finding balance is a real big problem for me and something I struggle with daily. With the start of 2022 it has become my goal. I depend heavily on my planner and force myself to turn the computer off to spend time with family.
I take a long road trip every July with my husband and often there is limited or no cell/wifi so I'm forced to take a break. That time away really recharges my batteries.
