Once I have an outline, it takes more discipline than inspiration. I try to write 1,500 words a night, usually takes about an hour or so. I schedule it in pretty much and just sit and write. If I don't find the words are coming, then I'll either update my outline or go program games instead. The important part is to get back to the writing the next night.
