Goodreads asked Christine L. Henderson:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Christine L. Henderson The best way to deal with writer's block is to set aside what you're working on and go to another project. Another concept I learned in a writing seminar was to look at your main character and write down every inconceivable plot twist that could happen to them... they get hit by a meteor, abducted by space aliens, stalked by a prince, discover they're adopted. You get the idea. Once you do that, you'll be amazed by the good ideas that come out of it. And remember, you don't have to write in a straight line, jump a chapter ahead if you're stuck.
