What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Arlene James I was able to be at home with my children while they were growing up, one of whom had a serious health issue, and still earn a decent living. Then I was able to be available to my grandchildren when they were small. Now I have a granddaughter who is writing, and helping her with her project has been a complete blast. The creativity of writing fills my soul. I don't think I'm fit to do anything else.
