I started writing at a young age, we're talking the second grade. I was given permission by my teacher to write an episodic story in my daily journal instead of a day-in-my-life kind. At the end of the school year my teacher made copies for the entire class. That's what first inspired me to write. I guess I did it for myself then and I do it for myself now.
