Goodreads asked Charlotte Nash:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Charlotte Nash Finish your projects. Get good critique from people who know what they're talking about, who know your genre, and respect you and your work. (Don't ever take critique from people who are mean, who look down on your genre, who are related to you!). Then, learn how to handle critique (it's like spiders ... you have to desensitise yourself, and it does get easier to hear). Then, edit. Then write more and repeat. That process is the life of a writer.
