My first piece of historical fiction! It will be set in 1920s Russia, just after WW1 and the Russian Revolution. This was a fascinating time in history. The inspiration for this story comes from my husband's great grandma, who was imprisoned in a Russian labor camp, and managed to escape (although we don't exactly know how).
