How do you get inspired to write?

Kevin Eleven This is a really good question. I get inspired to write whenever a story begins to speak to me and whenever it is asking to be told. To be quite honest, I am not one of those writers that will write for the sport of it. I am actually quite comfortable with going extended periods of time in not writing in anything at all. Whether it be two, four or five years. But lucky enough for me, I can't seem to go more than a few months without receiving inspiration to write.
