My advice for aspiring writers is to read as much as you possibly can. The more you read, the BETTER you will be able to write! Not only that, writers that study the craft of writing by reading and devouring everything that comes their way (literature, journals, news articles, etc), have a better sense of story and plot structure. Writing to them becomes natural because they are used to the constructive elements that make a story no matter what form of medium that it comes in.
