It's funny because I'm not sure I've ever read a superhero novel before! In fact, I'm not even really into the genre generally. This idea struck me as a flashback from a game my sisters and I played as children. I also knew I really wanted to write an adventure with lots of twists and turns. This story just kind of fell into place!
